JOAQUIN PELEGRIN FUSTER (1973 Murcia) Technical Architect titled in 1996 and Building Engineer in 2011 by the Architecture University of Alicante. I founded PELEGRIN ARCHITECTS in 2004 in the city of Murcia, technical office which offer architectural and topographic services according to the clients needing.

I have done several types of jobs related to building houses, building manager, project manager, quantity surveyor, building surveyor, health&security manager, interior design, commercial activity projects, expert reports, etc.

I develop works for foreign clients in English and colaborate with real estate and law firms company’s in Mazarrón in order to advise my clients, produce energy performance certificates, antiquity certificates, catastro modifications, expert reports for claim at court, etc.

I am a hard worker and enterprising person. I founded my own technical office with my knowledge gained in previous jobs and I go on training in new areas and I am up-to-date to the continuously normative changes.
