Pelegrín Architects is a technical practice based in Murcia, founded in 2004 by Joaquín Pelegrín Fuster. We provide architectural, building surveying and topographic services tailored to the needs of homeowners, property buyers and businesses.

About Joaquín Pelegrín Fuster
I qualified as a Technical Architect in 1996 and obtained my degree in Building Engineering in 2011, both from the University of Alicante.
Since founding Pelegrín Architects, I have worked on a wide range of projects, including residential construction, home extensions, pergolas, porches, swimming pools and refurbishment. My experience also includes site supervision, project management, quantity surveying, health and safety coordination, interior design and technical projects for commercial premises.
I combine practical experience with a personal approach, taking the time to understand each client’s requirements and explain technical matters clearly. Ongoing professional development helps me keep up to date with changes in building regulations and construction practices.
Support for English-speaking clients
I work directly with English-speaking clients and collaborate with estate agents and law firms in the Mazarrón area.
